The Creative and Cool Community College Camp @ WHC Lemoore
The 18th annual 5c Experience (Creative, Cool, Community, College, Camp) took place on June 20th-June 30th (Monday-Thursday) at West Hills College Lemoore. This two week program is for incoming 6th to 8th graders and aims to help them learn about college through project-based classes, connections with college mentors, and engagement in a dynamic college setting. This year’s focus was on STEM, performing arts, career exploration, academic success skills, and wellness.
The cost to attend the 5c Experience is $300. Thank you to our 2022 partners listed below for providing sponsorships.
Lemoore Union Elementary School District = 30 scholarships (determined by school district)
Hanford Union Elementary School District = 80 scholarships
(determined by school district)
West Hills Community College District Employee Scholars (2/3 scholarships) = 10
