West Hills College Lemoore is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC).  ACCJC operates under the corporate entity the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

The ACCJC is authorized to operate by the U.S. Department of Education through the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008. Information about the Commission along with contact information can be accessed through its web site at www.accjc.org.

West Hills College Lemoore's accredited status was reaffirmed by the Commission in June 2011.  The next comprehensive evaluation will take place in 2016-17.
